In order to maintain the cost benefits and optimum efficiency of any air conditioning unit, we encourage all our customers to have their equipment maintained at planned regular intervals.

At Jupiter Engineering we ensure that all of our customers A/C needs are taken care of. This is why we have come up with a series of maintenance packages that allow our customers a full range of options and choices that can cater for every eventuality. No matter how big or small, we believe in delivering an effective aftercare service, ensuring your air conditioning equipment not only continues to maximize on its operating performance, but ultimately continues to do this year after year.

Jupiter Silver Service

  • Minimum of 2 visits per year (Subject to Requirements).
  • Filter Clean + Check
  • F-Gas Report
  • Parts and Labour Charge

Jupiter Gold Service

  • Minimum of 2 visits per year (Subject to Requirements).
  • 20 Point Preventative Service
  • F-Gas Report
  • Inclusive of labour/Charge for parts.

Jupiter Platinum Service

  • Minimum of 4 visits per year (Subject to Requirements).
  • 20 Point Preventative Service.
  • F-Gas Report
  • Inclusive of labour and parts.

With all our maintenance packages we will record important data, such as operating temperatures and pressures, as well as keeping a log and full report on leakages and F-Gases. By maintaining your equipment properly, not only will this allow you to get the most out of your air conditioning equipment, but you’ll also be complying with the current legislation in relation to refrigerant gases.

We also offer bespoke maintenance packages for customers whom we haven’t directly installed an air conditioning systems. In order to qualify, a full service and evaluation of the system will need to be undertaken.


As a Mitsubishi partner we can offer a 5-year warranty on all Mitsubishi installations. This means that you won’t have to pay anything for the first year if there happened to be a problem with your A/C unit. We will cover the parts and labour for the first 12 months, and after this time we will supply parts at our own expense.

In order to qualify for the Mitsubishi 5 year warranty, all new installations will need to be accompanied by either the maintenance Gold Service, or Platinum Service.

For all other manufacturers we offer a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Subject to servicing requirements, this can be extended to 36 months depending on the manufacturer.
