The Old Dairy is a mixed development scheme that consists of Cat A Office space and high end residential.
Sykes & Son self-delivered the Cat B fit out of Commercial Unit 2 to form their new corporate headquarters – now known as Sykes House.
Sykes & Son employed Jupiter for the full electrical and AC services –
New main distribution board
Lighting and Emergency lighting
Small power
Complete Fire Alarm system
Complete hard wired and Wi-Fi voice / data system
Supply and install Mitsubishi VRF system
Mitsubishi refrigerant leak detection system
Swegon heat recovery ventilation system
Toilet extract system
The electrical and AC services were installed in both the surface “ industrial “ finish ( open plan spaces ) and recessed where appropriate in cellular offices .
All of the works were carried out to our usual high standards that befits the corporate offices of a prestigious and respected Main Contractor.
